If your site is hosted elsewhere, some features may be limited by your hosting provider. In those cases, we will clearly explain what is possible and recommend the safest approach for your setup.

If Your Site Is Hosted with Us
When your site is hosted with us:
- All care plan features are fully supported
- Server-level security and monitoring are included
- Updates, backups, and security are managed in one place
This setup allows for the highest level of control, protection, and reliability.
If Your Site Is Hosted Elsewhere
If your site is hosted with a third-party provider:
- WordPress maintenance and monitoring are still included
- Server-level features may be limited by the hosting provider
- Some security or backup tools may not be available
In these cases, we will:
- Work within the safest configuration your host allows
- Clearly explain any limitations up front
- Recommend changes if your current hosting presents risks

Scope and Limitations
The Website Care Plan is focused on ongoing maintenance, security, and stability. It is not intended to replace full design, development, or marketing services.
The following are not included in this plan:
- New page builds or full site redesigns
- Custom development or advanced feature requests
- Ongoing SEO, content creation, or marketing campaigns
- Major layout changes or rebranding work
- Issues caused by third-party services beyond reasonable troubleshooting
If work falls outside the scope of the care plan, it can be quoted separately before any work begins.
