How do I transfer my existing Google Workspace account to Arcane Tech?

You will need to contact us and provide a transfer token. We can then initiate the transfer process.

If you have access to the G Suite Admin Console, you can generate the transfer token yourself. Follow the steps below to generate the transfer token:

1. Go to https://admin.google.com/TransferToken.
2. Sign in with your G Suite Administrator username and password.
3. Enter C01x1hvgo as the Reseller Public Identifier.
4. Click on Generate a Token.
5. Copy the token’s alphanumeric code.

NOTE

• The transfer token is valid for a period of 14 days.
• After expiry, a new transfer token can be generated from G Suite Admin Console.
