An all-in-one suite to manage people, projects, and everything in between. It’s free to use and has affordable upgrade plans. This is a great app to track projects, build a CRM, or manage social media campaigns.

Wave Accounting

Accounting – Free
Full-featured accounting software that’s an excellent alternative to QuickBooks. And it’s completely free! It’s easy to use and great for startups on a tight budget. They also offer invoicing, credit card payments, billing, and more.

Sendinblue

Email Marketing – Free/$25+
Sendinblue’s free plan allows you to have unlimited contacts and send up to 300 emails per day. They also have a great email designer and allows for sending SMS messages. Their paid plans offer better reporting, more options, and removes the branding from your sent emails.

Google My Business

Local Marketing – Free
If you own a small business and haven’t set up your Google My Business account yet, do it now. This is an essential way of getting noticed for free when people search for you on Google.

Calendly

Appointment Booking – Free/$8+
Allow site visitors to easily schedule appointments and meetings with you for phone calls, zoom meetings, etc. The free version offers everything you need to get started. Simply set up your availability, and then share your link or embed it on your website. Paid plans offer better customization and for working with teams.

Novo

Financial/Banking- Free
Completely free business checking account. They provide many tools like invoicing, automatic categorization, and apps to integrate with stripe and Paypal. They’ve also just recently added reserves to separate your money into “buckets” for better management.
