What Email Setup Includes
Email setup typically includes:
- Creating email mailboxes
- Connecting email to your domain
- Providing login credentials
- Basic guidance on accessing your email
Once setup is complete, you’ll access and manage your email directly through Fastmail.
What You Manage Inside Fastmail
Clients are responsible for:
- Logging into Fastmail
- Managing passwords
- Setting up email on devices (phone, tablet, desktop)
- Creating folders, rules, and filters
- Day-to-day email usage
Fastmail provides excellent built-in tools for managing your mailbox once you’re logged in.
What Is Not Included
To keep expectations clear, email setup does not include:
- Ongoing device troubleshooting
- Managing individual user inboxes
- Training on email clients or apps
- Recovering deleted emails beyond platform limits
