Welcome. The client portal is your central place for everything related to your website and services. If you ever feel unsure where to go, this page is your home base.
You can access the client portal by visiting https://portal.arcanetechct.com
The client portal is designed to keep communication, files, billing, and support organized and easy to access.
What You Can Do Here
Inside the portal, you can:
- View and download shared files
- Submit and track support requests
- View and pay invoices
- Send and receive messages related to your account
Everything related to your service lives here so nothing gets lost in email threads.
Logging In or Resetting Your Password
- Use the login link provided in your welcome email
- If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen
- If you still can’t get in, submit a support ticket and we’ll help
You can also login using what’s called a “Magic Link”, selecting this option will send you an email with link to login, with no password required. The link is temporary and will expire after 1 hour.
